Flat Fees
The only flat fee we are comfortable quoting online are Uncontested Divorces and Bankruptcy.
Why? Litigation, family law, and other matters are simply too complex for any website pricing to reflect our professional services.
Contingency Fees
Our social security, injury, wrongful death, medical malpractice, and workers' compensation fees and some other fees are defined by either regulation or our competitive pricing. In these cases, we only charge a fee if we win your case - our primary goal.
We will quote these to you specifically once we know more about your needs.
